At Ergodebooks, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ergodebooks account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
